[South side of Angle Road between the Turnpike and Old FFA Road] The Board of County Commissioners approved the final site plan for the Serenoa Planned Unit Development (PUD), a residential community comprising 319 single-family homes on 113 acres. The project is located on the south side of Angle Road between the Turnpike and Old FFA Road. The development will include two pods of single-family detached homes, stormwater ponds, and a 17.2-acre natural area preserve. Conditions of approval include environmental permits, construction of a multi-use path, submission of an Amenity Plan, lot and spatial differentiation standards, roadway improvements on Angle Road and Old FFA Road, and dedication of right-of-way. [County Jail] The Board of County Commissioners approved the Jail Delta East/West Full Roof Replacement project for $959,413.00.
