[D32-173; case 25-4603-SSCP-Small RV Wildwood and 25-4602-RZ-Small RV Wildwood] The City Commission will consider a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Map designation from Public Facilities to Mobile Home Park for a 10-acre parcel. This is accompanied by a rezoning request to change the zoning district from IN to MHP. The Planning and Zoning Board/Special Magistrate recommends denial for both the land use amendment and the zoning amendment. The meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026. The City Commission will review financial and contract items including a final pay application for Oak Grove Village Drainage Improvements ($33,899.50), payment application for Millennium Park Phase 1 & 2 ($258,318.90), funding authorization for Pavement Rehabilitation Services ($1,224,696.40), pay application for the Water Reclamation Facility Project ($4,267,041.03), and pay application for the R-12 Reclaim Pump Station Project ($1,160,313.85).
