[case 26-1971] Ordinance O2026-22, a 6th Amendment to Village Community Development District No. 9 Boundaries, was approved. This is the first of multiple payment applications for the project. The contractor is performing well, pond excavation behind the Development Services building is complete, and additional site work has begun in the wooded area. The completed pond appeared well done.
