A traffic impact analysis methodology is under review for the Sheeler Park area. This review will examine traffic volumes, intersection capacity, and access management for a future buildout year of 2028. The analysis will inform potential roadway improvements and access driveway designs based on City of Apopka guidelines. This early stage means that detailed site plans, bids, and permits have not yet been established. This project could lead to work in site clearing, grading, utility installation, paving, and traffic signal work. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage now to understand the project's scope and potential needs as it moves through the review process.
