The Apopka Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is considering the purchase of a vacant parcel of land located at 205 East 8th Street. The property is currently zoned Mixed Use with a Future Land Use designation for industrial use. An independent appraisal has valued the property at $156,000. The CRA seeks to acquire this parcel to support future redevelopment opportunities and strategic land assembly. The purchase is available within the CRA budget. The CRA Board will consider approving Resolution No. CRA-2026-25 for this purchase.
