The City of Clermont is reviewing a General Service Agreement (GSA) for Instrumentation & Controls, identified as RFSQ-2024-104. This agreement will cover emergent, emergency, or time-critical work for energy supply, energy delivery, water, and wastewater systems, specifically focusing on instrumentation and control systems. The scope includes furnishing and installing new instrumentation and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), programming PLCs, HMIs, and OITs, SCADA networking, demolition and disposal of old equipment, staff supplementation, control panel supply, troubleshooting and repair of control systems, and electrical and instrumentation panel fabrication and installation. This item is currently under review by the City Council. The work will involve site preparation, utility work, and specialized electrical and control system installation and repair.
