A fine of $36,000 has accrued and will continue to accrue until compliance. Respondent was not present. ITEM 2: Reliant Flips, LLC at 550 Disston Ave. was found in compliance. A fine of $7,800 was imposed, with a reduction to $1,000 if paid by June 15, 2026, otherwise the fine reverts to $7,800. Respondent was present and sworn in. ITEM 3: Kendra Elam at 2950 White Magnolia Loop was found in violation. A fine of $55,050 was imposed that will continue to accrue while still in violation. Respondent was not present. ITEM 5: FCH Properties, LLC (Camping World) at 2480 US Highway 27 requested a fine reduction and was found in compliance. Staff recommended reducing the fine for Case C2312-0028 from $83,250 to $16,650 to be paid by June 17, 2026, or the fine reverts to the original amount. Staff recommended reducing the fine for Case C2402-0057 from $238,500 to $47,700 to be paid within 90 days, or the fine reverts to the original amount. Respondent was present and sworn in. ITEM 8: R & M Retail LP at 1042 SR 50 & 16526 SR 50 was found in partial compliance. Staff recommended finding the Respondent in compliance with Section 117-8 Prohibited signs (15) and in violation of IPMC 302.3 Sidewalk and Driveways, imposing a fine of $250 per day for every day past June 17, 2026. Respondent was present and sworn in. ITEM 6: John P. & Ann D. Adams Family LP at 1600 Hancock Road was found in violation. No action was taken at this time. Respondent was not present. ITEM 7: POP Florida Properties, LLC at 16530 SR 50 was found in violation. Staff recommended imposing a fine of $250 per day for every day in violation after June 17, 2026. Respondent was not present. ITEM 9: Grove IV Grantor Trust I at 2960 White Magnolia Loop had its case not heard. ITEM 10: Siokis Properties, LLC at 501 Pitt Street was found not in compliance.
