The April 15th, 2026, meeting of the City of Cocoa Beach Board of Adjustment has been cancelled. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 20th, 2026, at 5:15 PM. Public comments will be heard on items not on the agenda during general public comment, with a three-minute limit per speaker. Public comment is also allowed for agenda items after introduction and initial discussion. Appeals of Board of Adjustment decisions must be filed with the City Clerk within 30 days and can be appealed in the Circuit Court of Brevard County.
