The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is considering a proposal from All In One Electric for the Parking Garage electrical conduit replacement project. The project is a budgeted CRA Capital item with a proposed cost of $159,453.50. The staff recommendation is to approve. [case Ordinance 1718] The City Commission will consider adopting Ordinance 1718 on second reading. This ordinance amends Article IV, Chapter 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cocoa Beach, specifically revising the definition of motor vehicles in Section 5-50 and amending Section 5-52 to address authorized beach signage and rescue devices. The staff recommendation is to adopt the ordinance on second reading.
