CPH Consulting, LLC, is assisting the City of DeLand with bid phase and post-design services for projects at Kepler and Orange Camp Road sites. This work involves assisting the City in advertising and obtaining bids for the prime construction contract, distributing construction plans electronically, attending pre-bid meetings, and preparing bid tabulation summaries. Following contract award, CPH will provide limited post-design services during the estimated three-month construction period. This includes checking shop drawings, responding to contractor questions, and attending pre-construction, substantial completion, and final completion inspections. The project is currently under review in the bid phase. This work will involve site clearing and grading, underground utility coordination, and potentially paving, followed by vertical construction and finish trades. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to reach out to CPH Consulting, LLC, and the City of DeLand early in the process, before final bid documents and permits are issued, to explore potential opportunities.
