The City of Destin is reviewing plans for Harbor Walk Village Phase II, a project proposed at 76 Harbor Boulevard. This development involves the construction of Phase II of the HarborWalk Village and Emerald Grande. The project is currently under review and awaiting a resubmittal because it did not meet compliance standards. This project would involve site preparation, grading, underground utility work, concrete and paving, vertical construction including framing and roofing, and the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, followed by interior and exterior finishes and landscaping. Contractors, suppliers, and service providers in construction, trades, and related fields should consider reaching out to the applicant early to understand the project's needs as it moves through the review process, as this offers an advantage before final plans and permits are established.
