The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) meeting on April 27, 2026, approved four grant applications. The Four Points Sheraton received approval for a safety grant to upgrade its CCTV surveillance system. Breezy's Coffee Shop and Caribbean Connection were approved for facade grants for exterior renovations. 102 6th Avenue North also received approval for a facade grant for stucco repair, exterior painting, and updated light fixtures. The meeting also included a discussion on proposed amendments to the Public Art Advisory Committee bylaws.
