He also recommended that the SAO subpoena be modified to broaden the date range of the request.

- Ms. Taylor provided an update on the Auditor's analysis of the capacity fee issue. She said that her team has held numerous meetings and coordinated with the Office of General Counsel, and she said that the analysis includes a deep dive into historical documents. CM Salem said that the JEA Board is scheduled to meet on April 14 and will discuss the confidentiality waiver they received from the SIC related to testimony from Regina Ross, OGC.
