• Chair Amaro invited Mr. Paul Harden to discuss future legislation that would be under consideration at the next City Council meeting. Mr. Harden informed the Committee of a pending marina construction project near the Four Seasons and stated that a submerged land lease between the City and the State allows the City to use State land for the marina. Mr. Harden stated that they were proposing an amendment to the land lease to add approximately 1,200 square feet and new amenities, and that they would like it to be available before the first football game. Mr. Harden further stated that, to do that, the Council would need to approve the submerged land lease as an emergency upon introduction.
