The City of Miramar City Commission met to discuss upcoming city business. Several new development proposals were reviewed, which may create future opportunities for local contractors and suppliers. These include a mixed-use development near Miramar Parkway and Red Road, a commercial development near University Drive and Miramar Parkway, and a mixed-use development with residential units near University Drive and Miramar Parkway. Additionally, a commercial development at 123 Main Street and a new voting site are under review, potentially offering work for land clearing, grading, utility, concrete, paving, building material suppliers, and construction trades.
