CBD HOLDINGS, LLC, the owner, is proposing development on its property. As part of this development, the owner will construct and pay for a 12-inch water main to the property and connect any gaps on the Port IDC property. The owner will also install a reuse water main for future wastewater effluent disposal. The owner may donate up to 20 acres of land for a City wastewater treatment plant and/or a water booster pump station. This development agreement is currently under review. The project will involve site preparation, underground utility work including water mains, and potentially land donation for public facilities. Contractors, suppliers, and service providers in utility construction, site work, and land development may find opportunities. Early engagement could be beneficial as site plans and permits are finalized.
