THE BILL WOULD HAVE ESTABLISHED CRASH REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENTS, AND CERTAIN STATEWIDE OPERATING REQUIREMENTS FOR E-BIKES ON SHARED PATHWAYS, SIDEWALKS, OR ON PEDESTRIAN AREAS.
