A new residential project is under review at 520 N. Spring Street in Pensacola, Florida. The proposal includes a new cabana, a pool, and associated walkways and fencing. Existing sidewalks, curb cuts, and parking areas will be modified. The project is currently under review by the Architectural Review Board. This project would involve site clearing and grading, concrete and masonry work for the pool and cabana foundation, underground utility work, paving for walkways and driveways, framing and structure for the cabana, and finish trades for both the cabana and pool area. Final landscaping and fencing will also be installed. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to reach out early to learn more about this planned development, as opportunities for bidding and work will arise as the project moves through the review and permitting process.
