[Southwest Corner of Riverfront Center Blvd and Horizon Drive; Southeast Corner of US1 and SR405; case DRC #5-2026; DRC #6-2026] The Development Review Committee (DRC) approved two waiver requests for the property at the Southwest Corner of Riverfront Center Blvd and Horizon Drive (Tax# 2322889). The first waiver allows for a maximum of five (5) access points, deviating from Section 9.11.1.3.4 of the Transportation Infrastructure Technical Design Manual. The second waiver allows for a maximum of ninety-one (91) parking spaces, deviating from Section 9.16.4 of the same manual. The committee also approved a waiver for DRC #6-2026 (Tax# 2300373) at the Southeast Corner of US1 and SR405, allowing a maximum of two-hundred ten (210) parking spaces, deviating from Section 9.16.4.
