The Development Review Committee (DRC) met on May 14, 2026. Two waivers were discussed. The first waiver, DRC #8-2026 for 4640-4760 Maynard Road, was approved. This waiver allows a sanitary sewer force main size to be two inches less than the City's required minimum of four inches. The second waiver, DRC #9-2026 for 1090 Garden Street, concerning reduced parking space dimensions (9 ft wide and 18 ft long) for a restaurant re-development, was tabled to the May 21, 2026 meeting. Concerns were raised regarding dumpster location, drive aisle access, and landscape buffer requirements.
