The Historic Preservation Board (HPB) of Titusville, Florida held a regular meeting on May 4, 2026. The board approved the minutes from the April 6, 2026 meeting. The board also reviewed grant postponements, a national trust grant application, and the status of plaques for locally designated properties. Maintenance needs for the Pritchard House were discussed, along with the availability of free CPTED reports. SpaceX monitoring at the Pritchard House provided baseline data. Disclosure of local designations to potential buyers was confirmed. Two board members will attend the 2026 Preserve Florida Conference.
