The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) of the City of Titusville, Florida met on May 6, 2026. The commission recommended approval of a Right-of-Way Vacation for Avenida Real (ROW#1-2026). They also recommended that staff investigate removing density from zoning districts to be regulated by the Comprehensive Plan. Stan Johnston spoke about incorrect SNJ Oaks survey, sketch plat, and plans. Larry Graham recused himself from voting on the Right-of-Way Vacation as he was the applicant. James Troutman was appointed as the voting member in his place.
