Project Zeppelin is undergoing a re-design, with an amendment to its Development Agreement. The project involves changes to traffic routing, including a right-in/right-out only access at Milky Way and U.S. 192, and the removal of a westbound driveway at U.S. 192. Building height will be reduced from six stories to two stories, while the footprint will expand from approximately 650,000 to 1,200,000 square feet to better suit warehouse and distribution facilities. This item is currently under review. The project scope includes site clearing and grading, underground utility work, road and driveway paving, vertical framing and structure, mechanical and finish trades, and final landscaping. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers in construction, site prep, and building material supply could find opportunities as this project moves forward. Reaching out early before final plans and permits are set may offer a competitive advantage.
