Collier County is reviewing recommendations for several public works and development projects. These include the final acceptance of potable water and sewer utility facilities for Healthcare Network - Orangetree and Pineda Commercial Center. Additionally, there is a recommendation to approve a Third Amendment to an Agreement for Sale and Purchase with Symphony Properties, LLC, for conservation acquisition and remediation. The county is also considering approving final acceptance of private roadway and drainage improvements for the final plat of Warm Springs and Warm Springs, Phase 2. A developer agreement is also under review for the design, permitting, and construction of the extension of Veteran’s Memorial Boulevard. Finally, the county is reviewing recommendations for the Raw Water Booster Pump Station Improvements project and the Collier County Pump Hardening & Rehabilitation Project. These items are currently under review and represent early opportunities for contractors, suppliers, and service providers. The work could involve site preparation, utility installation, road construction, and related infrastructure development. Engaging with the county or involved developers now, before final plans and bids are set, could provide a competitive advantage.
