[4144 Ashland Avenue] The Board will consider the surplus and sale of County-owned real property located at 4144 Ashland Avenue. The property's assessed value is $10,200. [505 Salem Drive; 1850 West Saint Joseph Avenue; 4514 Deauville Way; 712 Beauvais Road] The Board will ratify the cancellation of four Residential Roof Program Liens for properties where recipients have met five years of compliance. [6038 Songbird Drive; 302/304 Vera Street; 1007 West Fisher Street; 128 Royal Lane] The Board will ratify the approval of four Residential Improvement Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements. The grants are for: 6038 Songbird Drive (Replacement Roof, $6,954), 302/304 Vera Street (Total Electrical Rewiring, $2,135), 1007 West Fisher Street (Privacy Fencing, $3,322), and 128 Royal Lane (Total Plumbing Upgrade, $5,092). Agreement between Escambia County and Emerald Coast Regional Council for an Analysis of Impediments (AI) to Fair Housing Choice Study, in the amount of $49,555.40. Funding is available from the HUD HOME Fund. [Up to three locations in up to five Commission Districts; case Agreement #INV75] Agreement #INV75 with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for $250,000 to determine the suitability of Bio-Health Pod Systems for use in stormwater ponds. The project will be located in up to three of the five Commission Districts. Three project locations will be selected based on site suitability. [Galvez Landing Boat Ramp; case Supplemental Budget Amendment #SBA-26053] Supplemental Budget Amendment #SBA-26053 for $7,627 in insurance proceeds for damage to the Galvez Landing Boat Ramp on March 11, 2026. Funds will be appropriated back into the Vessel Registration Fees Fund for repair and maintenance. The boat ramp is located in Commission District 1. Purchase Order for a Hazmat Gas FTIR Spectrometer to SafeWare, Inc. for $55,000, using Sourcewell Contract #080922-SAF PS & EM. The equipment is for the Public Safety Department. Purchase Order for Vehicle Extrication Equipment to Ten-8 Fire and Safety, LLC, for $59,782.06, using Lake County Contract #22-730-K. The equipment is for the Public Safety Department. [case Purchase Order 260436] Change Order #1 to Purchase Order #260436 to Diamond Drugs, Inc. (dba Diamond Pharmacy Services) for $1,600,000 to cover pharmaceutical requirements for Escambia County inmates. The new total Purchase Order amount is $3,364,000. Approval of allocations from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund (LET) for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. LifeView Group, Inc. will receive $2,000. Agreement for the Funding of Court Personnel between the First Judicial Circuit of Florida and Escambia County, Florida. The County will provide funding for the Veterans Court Coordinator position through the Court Innovation Article V, Local Option portion of the $65 Court Fee. Issuance of a Purchase Order to SHI International Corp. for Pen Testing in the amount of $4,759, using Contract #121923-SHI.
