A rezoning request for a 57.85 acre property located on both sides of Tanner Road, 500 feet east of the Tanner Road and Sylvia Place intersection, is currently under review. The applicant, Jacob T. Cremer / Barbas Cremer, PLLC, is seeking to rezone the property from AR, AS-1, PD (22-0692), & PD (97-0251) to a Planned Development (PD) zoning. This proposal is consistent with the East Lake-Orient Park Community Plan and the UMU-20 Comprehensive Plan designation for an Urban Service Area. The Zoning Hearing Master has recommended approval, and Development Services finds it approvable subject to conditions. This project, if approved, would move forward with site clearing and grading, followed by underground utility work, road and driveway construction, building vertical framing and structure, mechanical and finish trades, and final landscaping.
