This item concerns performance measures for a grant agreement. The Grantee must ensure services are done by qualified people, match the Grant Work Plan, and meet industry standards. Services must not infringe on others' rights, and all personnel must follow security and safety rules at the Project Location(s). The Department can inspect work at any time to check if it meets agreement terms. Even if a deliverable is accepted, the Department can still address issues found later. This is currently under review as part of a grant agreement process. The work involves ensuring services meet specific quality and legal standards.
