Pre-Application Agenda

Two pre-application projects are scheduled for discussion. Project 1, 'Attic 60 Storage Expansion', involves modifying the Attic 60 PD on a 5 +/- acre parcel to create two lots, with the northern portion remaining commercial and the southern portion designated for outdoor storage. Project 2, 'CCIRH Northeast Parking Lot Expansion', proposes to eliminate an unpaved visitor lot and construct an asphalt parking lot with site lighting, landscaping, and drainage, resulting in a net increase of 213 parking spaces. Both projects were accepted on June 24, 2026, and are scheduled for a pre-application conference on July 6, 2026.
