Phase One, focusing on structural stabilization like roof replacement, exterior walls, and windows, is funded by a $500,000 grant and a $500,000 match, with an estimated cost of $1,000,000. Subsequent phases will involve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior framing, exhibit design, fabrication, café infrastructure, and outdoor park features including trails and landscaping. This project is currently planned and under review, with development tied to grant funding timelines. Contractors, suppliers, and service providers in site preparation, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, painting, flooring, landscaping, and exhibit fabrication could find opportunities.
