The Lee Board of County Commissioners is reviewing a project that involves establishing and recovering horizontal and vertical control points for a project area. Positional data for adjacent plat monuments and property corners will be collected and reconciled. A topographic survey will gather data on above-ground utilities, property features like pavement and buildings, stormwater outlets, concrete slabs, weir layout, water surface elevation, and topography changes. This project is currently under review. The scope of work involves surveying and data collection, which will lay the groundwork for future design and construction phases.
