RIO DIXIE HIGHWAY STREETSCAPE AND RIO CIVIC CENTER DESIGN

The Rio Neighborhood Advisory Committee is reviewing a proposal for the Rio Dixie Highway Streetscape and Rio Civic Center Design. This project is currently under review. The scope of work is expected to involve site clearing and grading, followed by underground utility work and paving for streetscape improvements. Subsequent phases may include construction of the civic center, involving framing, mechanical, and finish trades, as well as final landscaping. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early, before final site plans, bids, and permits are established, to explore potential opportunities in this planned development.
