The Martin County Tourist Development Council met to review several upcoming projects. Potential local business opportunities include a new sports complex proposed by the Treasure Coast Sports Commission. A new mixed-use development is planned near County Road 714 and Interstate 95, which could involve land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
