The ordinance is excluded from the Code and becomes effective 10 days after enactment unless vetoed. The effective date of the plan amendment is 31 days after the State Land Planning Agency notifies the local government the amendment package is complete, if not timely challenged. Public hearing: twelve individuals waived in support, no one appeared in opposition. The Board voted to adopt on first reading.
