Project includes earthwork, paving, grading, pile foundation, structural roofing, HVAC, plumbing, fire pumps, electrical manholes, duct banks, switchgear, fiber patch panels, MIS Network Switch Cabinet. Will achieve LEED Silver Certification. Allows demolition of existing storage building for future Electrical Distribution Building No. 3. No small business measures, workforce, or responsible wage requirements.
