Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-460-26, approving the plat for Jackson Hospital. The project is located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 52 South, Range 41 East, bounded by NW 171 Terrace (north), approximately 160 feet west of N.W. Miami Court (east), NW 168 Street (south), and NW 2 Avenue (west). The plat consolidates portions of previously recorded plats and closed roads/alleys. The proposed usage is a surface parking lot, with existing zoning of CF (Community Facility). The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County is authorized to file and execute the plat. No public speakers appeared during the hearing. All improvements are stated to be in place, with no fiscal impact to the county.
