The Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-559-26 (File Number 261092) on June 16, 2026, approving a ground lease between Miami-Dade County (landlord) and Jessie Trice Community Health System, Inc. The tenant has a $3,000,000 federal grant for construction, and SG Poinciana Ventures, LLC will donate $1,000,000 for equipment and furnishings.
