The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-560-26, which authorizes the execution of amended and restated county deeds for Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and grants a three-year extension to construct, complete, and sell or rent properties with affordable housing to very low-, low-, or moderate-income households in accordance with Miami-Dade County's Infill Housing Initiative Program and Section 125.379, Florida Statutes. The resolution also authorizes the County Mayor or designee to enforce provisions in the amended deeds and to receive deeds back to the County if developers fail to comply.
