Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance approving and ratifying non-ad valorem assessment rolls, rates, and assessments for 15 Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing Districts for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027. The total assessment for these 15 districts with proposed rate increases is $1,693,411, affecting 12,044 folios, with 10,773 increasing by less than $50.00.
