The project is in WASD's Fiscal Year 2025-26 Adopted Budget and Multi-Year Capital Plan under Water Reset Program - Water Treatment Plant - Alexander Orr, Jr. Expansion, Program #9650031, Volume #3, Page #123 and under Contractual Services, Volume #3, Page #100. Small Business Enterprise measures did not apply to the contract.
