The fiscal impact is funded from WASD Revenue Bonds Sold, Future Revenue Bonds and Proprietary Funds, with no impact to the General Fund. The project is in WASD's Fiscal Year 2025-26 Adopted Budget and Multi-Year Capital Plan under Water Reset Program - Water Treatment Plant - Alexander Orr, Jr. Expansion, Program #9650031, Volume #3, Page #123 and under Contractual Services, Volume #3, Page #100. Small Business Enterprise measures did not apply to the contract.
