It approves revised Implementing Orders for fees, rates, and charges for various departments, including Public Works, Port of Miami, Solid Waste Services, Infill Housing Program, Florida Department of Health, Aviation Department, Parks, Library System, Fire Rescue, Water and Sewer, Animal Services, and County parking facilities. It also approves the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Pay Plan. The vote was 9-4, with Chairman Rodriguez and Commissioners Gonzalez, Milian Orbis, and Bermudez voting no.
