The ordinance includes revised implementing orders for rates, fees, and charges for multiple departments including Public Works, Port of Miami, Solid Waste Services, Infill Housing Program Initiative, Florida Department of Health, Aviation Department, Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces, Public Library System, Special Off-Duty Fire Rescue Services, Water and Sewer Department, Animal Services Department, People and Internal Services Department for parking facilities, and People and Internal Services Department Supplemental Longevity Payment Policy. It also rescinds several administrative and implementing orders. The ordinance includes a provision effective January 1, 2027, that no provision of the budget or ordinance shall authorize funding or promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as defined by Chapter 2026-43, Laws of Florida.
