The resolution authorizes execution of amended and restated county deeds to grant a one-year extension from the date of recording of the amended deeds to construct homes and obtain final certificates of occupancy on properties conveyed to Propelling Into Triumph Incorporated, We Shop Enterprises LLC, Habitat For Humanity of Greater Miami, Inc., Maignan Development Group LLC, and Prestige Design & Construction. The original conveyance was authorized by Resolution No. R-458-24 on May 21, 2024. The time to construct homes expired on August 19, 2026.
