Resolution approving terms of a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant on the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, located at 1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132, in favor of the State of Florida Department of State, Division of Arts and Culture, for a term of five years in exchange for a grant of $250,000.00 for upgrading the building management system. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute and record the Declaration.
