Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the First Amendment to a Land Exchange Agreement between Miami-Dade County and the District Board of Trustees of Miami-Dade College. The amendment modifies the original agreement, primarily by removing the closing condition that required the Public Health Trust to complete environmental remediation and obtain a No Further Action Letter.
