Resolution retroactively approving and authorizing the County Mayor or designee's application, receipt, and expenditure of up to $7,736,674.00 in grant funds from the United States Department of War's Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation through the Defense Community Infrastructure Program (DCIP) for the construction of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Station 77 in close proximity to the Homestead Air Reserve Base. The resolution also authorizes the use of up to $5,018,217.00 in Fire District Funds for the local cash match.
