The agreement is for a five-year term with four five-year renewal options, total potential term of 25 years, with annual rent of $6,000 for the first year increasing by 3% each year, estimated total rent of $218,755 if full term. The agreement is retroactive to February 7, 2026, replacing a previous agreement that expired February 6, 2026. The sign is an illuminated directional sign for the nearby Hampton Inn. Kelco is the only entity legally authorized to place a sign in this area due to a 2004 vested rights grant. The Transportation Cmte forwarded to BCC with a favorable recommendation on 7/14/2026.
