Resolution to retroactively ratify a Memorandum of Agreement between Miami-Dade County and the Florida Department of Transportation for installation and maintenance of two counter systems on County-owned trails within the Florida Shared-Use Nonmotorized Trail Network. The first site is on the Atlantic Greenway Trail within Haulover Park at 10800 Collins Avenue, operated by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department, in Commission District 4.
