OFF-SYSTEM AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Resolution approving an Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement between Miami-Dade County and the Florida Department of Transportation for local roadway improvements for SR 934/NW 74th Street Connector from west of NW 77th Court to east of Red Road, with a portion of the project including work on NW 74th Street Connector and NW 72nd Avenue. The project is estimated to cost $5,900,000, funded and built by FDOT, with an anticipated construction start date of March 2027. The Transportation Cmte forwarded it to the BCC with a favorable recommendation on 7/14/2026. The agenda date is 9/1/2026.
