Resolution approving a First Amendment to an Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement between Miami-Dade County and the Florida Department of Transportation for local roadway improvements on State Road 5/Biscayne Boulevard from NE 123rd Street to NE 163rd Street, a portion of which includes work on a portion of NE 151st Street.
